How you opt in — and how to stop
Opt-in. The chat widget on this website is the only place on this site where you can opt in to receive text messages from Groundwork. By submitting your mobile phone number through the chat widget, you consent to receive conversational, customer-care, and marketing/promotional text messages from Groundwork (Prompt Flow LLC) at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Our website preview request form is not a text-message signup — submissions there are followed up by phone call or email only.
Message frequency varies based on your conversation and requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (760) 464-5105 or chad@promptflowbusiness.com.
No third-party sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run Groundwork — for example, our website hosting, messaging platform, and customer-relationship tools — and only so they can perform services for us. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
